Returns & refunds

Every portrait starts with a free preview. You see exactly how it looks, the same faces, the same likeness, before you spend anything. Nothing is charged until you decide you love it, which is the best way to make sure you are happy.

If a physical order is not right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If a piece arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.

To start a return, email hello@theheirloomportrait.com with your order number and we will take it from there.

Because you preview your portrait before ordering, you know exactly how it looks before you buy. The preview is your chance to make sure everything is right, so what you approve is what we make and ship.

Digital file sales are final, since the file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your file, contact us and we will fix it.
